Kolner Insacoll Clear Base HA

Instacoll Clear Base HA is a slow size which results in a BRIGHT shiny gilded surface, which has the appearance of being water gilded and burnished. It is sometimes referred to as a 'Liquid Burnisher'. HA (High Active) base was developed for heavier silver or palladium or Quad Gold Leaf.

Clear Base HA slow size can be applied with a brush or sprayed. Waiting 48 hours before applying the activator is recommended. The prepared surface can be gilded for about an hour before it becomes too dry. The base can be reactivated by applying Instacoll Activator HA.
