Kolner Instacoll Activator

Instacoll Activator is used to reactivate the dry and tackless surface of Instacoll Base size.

An Kolner Tissue, or a lint free cotton cloth, moistened with Instacoll Activator, can be wiped across the surface of dry Instacoll Base size, leaving a thin film which will quickly dry. The prepared gilding surface can then be gilded again for about one hour.
