Kölner Classic Caselo Casein Paint

Casein classic colored paints are used by gilders, framers and decorators for restoration of older items such frames, pieces of art, sculptures, dolls, figures, ornaments and other antiques.

 

Kolner Casein paints are water based, but are water resistant and non-fading once dry. The paint can be burnished to a soft sheen once dry. Some gilders use Caselo Paint for a base coat for gilding. Each color will give the gold leaf a little different color tone.
